Norwood students returned to school full time this week after three quarters of blended learning. The return was celebrated with the first school-wide event in over a year — Spirit Week.

High school students were welcomed warmly into the school on Monday with balloons and signs made by Captain’s Council. Monday was also School Spirit Day, and students and teachers wore Norwood gear. Tuesday was Mismatch Day, and many students chose to participate by wearing mismatched shoes and socks. Wednesday was Pajama Day — many students’ favorite Spirit Week theme. Thursday was Jersey Day, and students and teachers wore either the jersey of their favorite sports player or team apparel for their favorite teams. Friday was Crazy Hat/mask/hair Day, and students had the option to wear either a wacky hat, a crazy mask or style their hair unusually.
