With close to 500 players in the NBA, it’s very easy to overlook some of the great talent that gets shadowed by the big-name players like Lebron James or Steph Curry. There is a whole lot of talent that just gets tons of hate or just does not get looked at too often. These players are still good, but they just lack the media attention many popular players get.
The first player is small forward Paul George from the Los Angeles Clippers. George has been a great player for years, but ever since his last playoff series, he received criticism from everyone. People forgot how good he is and how much he can impact his team.
The next player is shooting guard Bradley Beal from the Washington Wizards. Beal is 27 years old and has been a great player for years, but he does not get a lot of attention. The Wizards star has been averaging around 35 points per game but still does not get talked about. He was robbed of being an all star last year and gets overlooked way too much.
The last player is point guard Marcus Smart from the Boston Celtics. Smart is a great defensive player and does so much to help his team succeed. He impacts his team everytime he gets on the court, and he is a player you would want on your team.
With only listing three players, of course there are a whole lot of players I could have listed; however, this is who gets overlooked the most. There are some smaller-name players who rarely get mentioned and never get looked at who help out their team all the time.
